Thank you for shopping at Live Long Health Online Store. We are delighted to have you as a customer. Please take a few seconds to read the below information which is designed to answer any queries you may have.

We aim to post your order within 48-72 hours (excluding public holidays). You will receive another email when your order has been dispatched so you know it is on its way. Should you require delivery by a certain date, please advise us ASAP so that we can do our best to meet your needs.

Postage and Delivery

  • Postage for orders within Australia is a flat rate of $9
  • There is free postage for orders over $100
  • Local pick up is also available from Drummoyne on Wednesdays and Fridays after 4pm. (An address will be sent to you upon order completion).


IMPORTANT: Please check your order and delivery details before processing your payment. We will contact you by phone or email if there are any delays, payment problems, or questions. If any of the below details are incorrect, please contact us ASAP and we will amend the file.

PAYMENT: If you are paying by Direct Deposit please note items will not be shipped until funds are cleared. Please make sure your payment is made within 7 days. Orders are cancelled and returned to stock after 7 days if payment is not received. If you choose not to go ahead with order please let us know ASAP.


It is IMPORTANT that you read our returns and exchanges policy.

We do not refund or exchange products unless, in the unlikely event the product is faulty.

If this is the case, we will give a full refund on the price of the product (exclusive of postage).
